During a session, you will lie down fully clothed in a comfortable, quiet space. I will gently place my hands on or just above specific areas of your body to channel healing energy. The session is non-invasive and deeply relaxing, with many clients reporting sensations of warmth, calmness, and relief.
A standard Reiki session typically lasts about 60 minutes. However, I also offer shorter or longer sessions depending on your needs and preferences.
The only thing you need to prepare is a quiet, comfortable space where I can set up my table. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and make sure the area is free from distractions to help you relax and fully receive the healing energy.
The number of sessions depends on your personal goals and needs. Some clients feel significant benefits after just one session, while others may choose to receive Reiki regularly for ongoing wellness and support. We can discuss what feels right for you after your first session.
